Looking to fill a large room in a beautiful 3-bed, 2.5 bath very close to Barracks Row and a short walk to Eastern Market. The house is 3 floors -- the available room is on the top floor, along with one other bedroom, a full bath, and a laundry room. The second floor has a living room, half bath, kitchen (with a walk in pantry), and dining room. The first floor has another living room (used as a TV room), full bath, and a bedroom. Both living rooms have working, wood-burning fireplaces. There is also a nice backyard and a one-car garage. 

About your potential new roommates: one is a 32-year old North Carolina native who is a second-year student at Georgetown Law, the other is a 23-year old Florida native working on the Hill.
