Den bedroom is available in ~1400 sq ft apartment in the Ballston neighborhood in Arlington. Roommates would be 2 other Christian guys — one attends King’s Church. The bathroom will be shared with only of the other guys. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. Desired move in would be late April-first week of June and preferably through the end of the 12 month lease. Could be flexible with early move out date such as August/September. 

Note: the bedroom is *not* furnished. Tenant would need to bring own furniture. 

The apartment itself includes a spacious balcony, decent sized living space and kitchen. Also includes and in-unit washer/dryer. 

Apartment building includes 2 workout spaces, communal gathering space, and several grills.
